Terms & Conditions

Wealth Tracker — operated by Verge Technologies

Last updated: 23 August 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

Wealth Tracker ("the platform") is owned and operated by Verge Technologies. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the platform.

2. Built with AI assistance

The platform — including its calculations, projections, and the software itself — was substantially built with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. While we've made reasonable efforts to test its functionality, AI-assisted software can contain errors, unexpected behaviour, or inaccuracies that aren't immediately obvious. You should treat every figure the platform produces as an estimate to be independently checked, not as a guaranteed or audited result.

3. Not financial, tax, or legal advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, taxation, legal, or other professional advice. Every projection, estimate, or figure shown — including but not limited to capital gains, franking credits, negative gearing, superannuation balances, and any scenario or "what-if" modelling — is a general, simplified estimate for your own personal reference only. It does not take into account your full personal circumstances, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed financial adviser, accountant, tax agent, or lawyer.

You should not make any financial, investment, tax, insurance, or estate-planning decision based solely on information shown in this platform. Always seek independent, professional advice appropriate to your own situation before acting.

4. No warranty

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including — without limitation — any warranty that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any calculation or figure it produces will be accurate or complete.

5. Your account and data

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
  • The financial information you enter is stored so the platform can provide the service to you — treat it with the same care you would any sensitive financial record, and keep your own independent backup of anything important.
  • If you grant another person (a spouse, accountant, financial adviser, or anyone else) access to a wealth file, you're responsible for that decision and for what they can subsequently see or, if given editor access, change.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verge Technologies is not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including any decision made in reliance on information it produced. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the platform changes. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to the Verge Technologies account administrator who set up your access to the platform.
